What happens during a session?
You do not need any prior experience with horses to have a healing treatment, you will be introduced slowly to the herd. The horses will meet you where you are at, they are like mirrors to us and will instinctively know if you need more space. They may stand further away but please understand the healing is still as effective, their hearts are far more energetically expansive than ours.
Sessions usually last around 60 minutes but please allow at least 90 mins, it is incredibly important the healing is not rushed or finished abrubtly. 
~ The horses work on a deeply energetic level which can release the emotional root cause that lays behind a physical ailment. Their work can shift energy blocks and clear vibrational energy so healing can occur. 
~ Healing works alongside any medications you make take but if you are unsure or suffer forms of bi-polar or psychosis please consult with your GP prior to treatment.
~ Some people may only need a single session but others may require further healing, please be guided intuitively.
 Before a session
~ Come with an open heart and mind, ready to receive. 
~ Wear comfy, weather-appropriate clothing, blankets will be provided for cooler days.
During the session
~ The Sacred Horses will work to release any trauma from the emotional and physical body, any trauma, ancestral wounding, grief, sorrow or blockages. They will process the energy, release and clear the vibration mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. They can assist with:
~ Chronic illness/fatigue
~ Pain, often finding the root cause, or energetic/emotional root
~ Depression, anxiety or panic attack symptoms
~ Grief, fear, trauma, PTSD, stress, overwhelm etc
~ Supressed emotions, lack of confidence issues, self expression issues, empowering your life with personal growth
~ Ancestral healing, releasing inherited karma/ill-health/wounding from generations before such as poverty consciousness, family illnesses
~ Soul retrieval for the healing of sudden shock or trauma 
~ Menopausal healing transitions and other life transitions or passages in life that are difficult
~ Assisting spiritual awakening, opening the intuition, ascension work and activating energy centres or chakras
